  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order increases in England and Wales the monetary limits specified in section 20(3) and (8) of the Gaming Act 1968 (c. 65) and described in articles 2 and 3 of the Order.\nThe Order also increases in England and Wales the maximum amounts permitted—\n(a) to be taken by way of the sale of chances; and\n(b) as the aggregated amount of value of prizes,\non any one determination of winners in gaming for prizes at licensed club premises under section 21 of that Act.",
