# The Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 2001, Article 2


Subsections (5C) and (5D) of section 34 of the Gaming Act 1968 (which specify the maximum amount which may be offered as a prize in respect of any one game played by means of a cash-only machine) shall have effect as if, for the references to the sum specified in those subsections (which, by virtue of the Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) (No. 2) Order 1998 had effect immediately before the coming into force of this Order as if, for those references, there were substituted references to £15) there were substituted references to the sum of £25.
