# The Gaming (Amendment) Act 1990 (Commencement) Order 1991, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force on 1st April 1991 paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Schedule to the Gaming (Amendment) Act 1990. The other provisions of that Act came into force, by virtue of section 2(2) of the Act, on 13th September 1990.
