Explanatory note

This Order amends article 2(a) of the Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) (Order) 1986 so as to reduce from £165,020 to £150,168 the fee payable to the Gaming Board for Great Britain for the issue of a certificate issued by the Board to an organiser of games of multiple bingo under the Schedule to the Gaming (Bingo) Act 1985. This Order also amends article 2(b) of the 1986 Order so as to reduce from £158,875 to £144,576 the fee payable to the Gaming Board for Great Britain for the continuing in force, for a period of three years, of such a certificate.
