  "text": "(1) In regulation 5(1) (bingo charges) of the 1984 Regulations and of the Scottish Regulations, in each case—\n(a) for the sum specified in sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted £20; and\n(b) for the sum specified in sub-paragraph (c) there shall be substituted £10.",
