# The Gaming Clubs (Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 2


(1) In regulation 5(1) (bingo charges) of the 1984 Regulations and of the Scottish Regulations, in each case—
(a) for the sum specified in sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted £20; and
(b) for the sum specified in sub-paragraph (c) there shall be substituted £10.
