# The Gaming Clubs (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations revoke regulation 6 of the Gaming Clubs (Licensing) Regulations 1969 to remove the requirement that licensing authorities must impose a restriction on casino premises, prohibiting the premises from being used for dancing, or live music or entertainment.
