# The Gaming Clubs (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 2


(1) The Gaming Clubs (Licensing) Regulations 1969 are amended as follows.
(2) Regulation 6 (which requires licensing authorities to impose restrictions under paragraph 25(2) of Schedule 2 to the Gaming Act 1968, limiting the purposes for which licensed premises may be used for purposes other than dancing and the provision of live music or entertainment) is revoked.
