# The Gaming Clubs (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 7th June 2003
Laid before Parliament 10th June 2003
Coming into force 1st July 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 22(3) and 51 of the Gaming Act 1968, and after consultation with the Gaming Board for Great Britain, hereby makes the following Regulations:
