  "text": "For the purpose of calculating payments on account of gaming duty in the cases to which these Regulations apply, substitute the following Table for the Table in regulation 5 of the Gaming Duty Regulations 1997.\nTABLE\nPart of gross gaming yield\nRate\nThe first £242,250\n2½ per cent.\nThe next £538,000\n12½ per cent.\nThe next £538,000\n20 per cent.\nThe next £941,750\n30 per cent.\nThe remainder\n40 per cent.",
