# The Gaming Duty (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12(4) and 14(1) of the Finance Act 1997.
