# The Gaming Duty (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and effect


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gaming Duty (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 31st January 2018.
(2) Regulation 2 has effect in relation to payments on account of gaming duty payable on or after 31st January 2018.
