Coming into force 1st April 2019
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 236 and 355(1) of the Gambling Act 2005f1, makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 355(4)(i) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
