Laid before Parliament 11th December 2001
Coming into force 1st January 2002
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 31(5) and 51 of the Gaming Act 1968, and after consultation with the Gaming Board for Great Britain, hereby makes the following Regulations:
