Laid before Parliament 10th October 2005
Coming into force 31st October 2005
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 31(5) and 51(3) of the Gaming Act 1968, and after consultation with the Gaming Board for Great Britain, hereby makes the following Regulations:
