BETTING, GAMING AND LOTTERIES
Made 28th August 1998
Laid before Parliament 9th September 1998
Coming into force 1st October 1998
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 31(5) and 51 of the Gaming Act 1968, and after consultation with the Gaming Board for Great Britain, hereby makes the following Regulations:
