Laid before Parliament 27th June 1988
Coming into force 18th July 1988
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 40(2) and 51(4) of the Gaming Act 1968 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
