# The Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


This Order may be cited as the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.
