# Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004, Paragraph 17


(1) The Secretary of State shall send to the relevant Northern Ireland department a copy of every report laid by him before Parliament under section 23.
(2) The relevant Northern Ireland department shall lay a copy of the report before the Northern Ireland Assembly.
