# Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004, Section 11: Register of licences


(1) The Secretary of State must maintain a register of persons licensed under this Act.
(2) The register shall contain such particulars as the Secretary of State may determine of every person who for the time being holds a licence or whose activities are authorised by a licence (whether or not they are named in the licence).
(3) The Secretary of State shall ensure that appropriate arrangements are in force for allowing members of the public to inspect the contents of the register.
