  "text": "EMPLOYMENT\nMade 27th March 2025\nLaid before Parliament 31st March 2025\nComing into force 28th April 2025\nThe Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority, with the approval of the Secretary of State in accordance with section 8(1) of the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 (“the Act”), makes these Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) and (2)(h) of the Act.\nIn accordance with paragraph 10(3) of Schedule 2 to the Act, the Authority has consulted with the relevant Northern Ireland department.",
