# The Gangmasters (Licensing Conditions) Rules 2006, Article 6: New applications


(1) A licence expires and must be reapplied for if any of the following details of the licence holder change—
(a) his Companies House number;
(b) his Unique Tax Reference; or
(c) his Value Added Tax number.
(2) A new application fee is payable.
