  "heading": "General provisions relating to records",
  "text": "(1) A licence holder must keep all records for at least one year from creation or, where they have been supplied by another person, from last supply.\n(2) If the records are kept other than at premises a licence holder uses for or in connection with the carrying on of its business, the licence holder must ensure that they are readily accessible and capable of being delivered to the licence holder’s premises in the United Kingdom or to the Authority within two working days.",
