  "heading": "Obligation to act in a fit and proper manner",
  "text": "(1) The licence holder, principal authority and any person named or otherwise specified in the licence must at all times act in a fit and proper manner.\n(2) If the licence holder or any person named or otherwise specified in the licence is a body corporate, an unincorporated association or partnership—\n(a) every director, manager, secretary or other similar officer of the body corporate,\n(b) every officer of the association or any member of its governing body, and\n(c) every partner,\nincluding any person purporting to act in any such capacity, must at all times act in a fit and proper manner.",
