Paragraph 5 Obligation to provide information

(1)

The licence holder must notify the Authority within 20 working days of commencing an activity authorised by the licence.

(2)

The licence holder must notify the Authority within 20 working days if there are significant changes to the details submitted with the holder’s application, including any changes to the persons named or the positions otherwise specified in the licence.

(3)

The licence holder must notify the Authority as soon as reasonably practicable if the holder knows or suspects the holder’s licence has been used by someone not authorised to act on behalf of that holder.

(4)

The licence holder must, on request, provide details of the holder’s licence to any constable, enforcement officer or compliance officer.
