# The Gangmasters Licensing (Exclusions) Regulations 2006, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gangmasters Licensing (Exclusions) Regulations 2006 and come into force on 6th April 2006.
(2) In these Regulations, “the 2004 Act” means the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004.
