# The Gangmasters Licensing (Exclusions) Regulations 2006, Regulation 2: Circumstances in which a licence is not required


A person does not require a licence to act as a gangmaster under section 6(1) of the 2004 Act in the circumstances specified in paragraphs 2 to 15 of the Schedule.
