  "long_title": "These Regulations revoke and remake the Gangmmasters Licensing (Exclusions) Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/649). They make provision for the circumstances in which a licence to act as a gangmaster, required under section 6(1) of the Gangmasters Licensing Act 2004 (c. 11), is not required. The circumstances in which a licence is not required are set out in the Schedule. A full impact assessment of the effect that this instrument will have on the costs of business has been prepared and placed in the library of each House of Parliament. It is available on www.gov.uk and is also published with the Explanatory Memorandum alongside the instrument on www.legislation.gov.uk.",
