# The Gangmasters Licensing (Exclusions) Regulations 2013, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent

Extent: E+W+S

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gangmasters Licensing (Exclusions) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 1st October 2013.
(2) They do not extend to Northern Ireland.
