# The Gangmasters Licensing (Exclusions) Regulations 2013, Paragraph 24

The supply of a worker by a person authorised to carry out functions of, or under contract to provide services to, the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions in connection with employment related support designed to assist the worker to obtain or remain in work or be able to do so.
