  "text": "(1) In this Order—\n“1911 Order” means the Gardenstown Harbour Order 1911 as confirmed by the Pier and Harbour Orders Confirmation (No. 1) Act 1911;\n“the existing Trustees” means the Trustees holding office, in accordance with the terms of the 1911 Order, on the day immediately before this Order comes into force;\n“the first Trustees” means the persons appointed as Trustees by the existing Trustees under article 4 (as read with article 17) and “a first Trustee” means any of those persons;\n“the harbour” has the same meaning as in the 1911 Order;\n“the new constitution date” means the 30th day after the day on which this Order comes into force; and\n“the Trustees” means the Gardenstown Harbour Trustees incorporated under the 1911 Order.",
