  "text": "The first Trustees shall hold office as follows:—\n(a) three shall hold office from the new constitution date until 31st December 2017;\n(b) three shall hold office from the new constitution date until 31st December 2018; and\n(c) three shall hold office from the new constitution date until 31st December 2019,\nas the Trustees shall specify when making each of those appointments.",
