  "text": "In the application of this Schedule to Scotland—\n(a) for any reference to a river authority and to statutory water undertakers there shall be substituted respectively references to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and to Scottish Water ;\n(b) for any reference to Part IV of Schedule 1 to the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) Act 1946 there shall be substituted a reference to Part IV of Schedule 1 to the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947.",
