  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2) below, the company is hereby granted exemption from section 5(1)(a) of the Gas Act 1986 in respect of the conveyance of gas through the Interconnector to a pipe-line system operated by a public gas transporter.\n(2) The exemption provided for in paragraph (1) above (“the exemption”) is subject to the conditions set out in articles 4 and 5 below.",
