Article 5 Scope of exemptions

Each of the persons mentioned in column 1 of Schedule 3 to this Order is hereby granted an exemption from section 5(1)(b) of the 1986 Act in respect of the supply of gas to each of the premises identified in column 2 of that Schedule.
