Article 1 Citation, coming into force and duration

This Order may be cited as the Gas Act 1986 (Exemptions) (No. 3) Order 1996.

This Order and the exemption contained in it shall come into force on 13th June 1996 and that exemption shall continue in force until 30th November 1996 and shall then expire.
