  "text": "In its application to Scotland this Schedule shall have effect with the following modifications—\n(a) in paragraphs 1 to 4, for the word “street”, wherever it occurs, there shall be substituted the word “road”;\n(b) in paragraph 2(1) for the words “street authority” there shall be substituted the words “road works authority”;\n(c) in paragraphs 2(2) and 4(2), for the word “arbitrator” there shall be substituted the words “arbiter”;\n(d) in paragraph 4(1), for the words “for the purposes of the Highways Act 1980 a highway part of a highway maintainable at the public expense” there shall be substituted the words “a road within the meaning of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984”;\n(e) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(f) in paragraph 6, for “street” and “street authority” substitute “road” and “road works authority” and for “Part III” substitute “Part IV”.",
