  "text": "The following are relevant provisions in relation to all licence holders (except the holder of a smart meter communication licence) or code manager licence—\n(a) section 33DB;\n(b) section 33F;\n(c) in the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007—\n(i) section 25(5) (directions to comply with requirements under section 24 of that Act),\n(ii) sections 43, 46 and 47 (complaints);\n(d) Article 18(6) of the Gas Regulation (duties to make available information about gas demand and supply).",
