Coming into force 3rd March 1997
The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by paragraph 12 of Schedule 5 to the Gas Act 1995, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
