  "text": "(1) In subsection (2) of section 15A of the 1986 Act (billing disputes), for the words “public gas supplier and a tariff customer” there shall be substituted the words “ gas supplier and a domestic customer ”.\n(2) In subsection (8) of that section—\n(a) for the words “public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “ gas supplier ”; and\n(b) for the words “tariff customer” there shall be substituted the words “ domestic customer ”.\n(3) After subsection (9) of that section there shall be inserted the following subsection—\n“(10) In this Part “domestic customer” means a person who is supplied by a gas supplier with gas conveyed to particular premises at a rate which is reasonably expected not to exceed 2,500 therms a year.”",
