  "text": "(1) In subsection (1) of section 33C of the 1986 Act (information with respect to levels of performance), for the words “public gas suppliers”, in each place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ gas suppliers ”.\n(2) In subsection (2) of that section—\n(a) for the words “public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “ gas supplier ”; and\n(b) for the words “section 15B or 33B” there shall be substituted the words “ section 33B or 33BB ”.\n(3) In subsection (3) of that section, for the words “public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “ gas supplier ”.\n(4) In subsection (4) of that section, for the words “public gas suppliers” there shall be substituted the words “ gas suppliers ”.",
