  "text": "In section 7 of the Natural Heritage (Scotland) Act 1991 (powers of entry)—\n(a) in subsection (5), the words from “(within” to the end shall cease to have effect; and\n(b) after subsection (5) there shall be inserted—\n“(5A) In subsection (5) above, “appropriate Minister” has the same meaning as in section 213(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972; but this subsection is subject to paragraph 2(10) of Schedule 4 to the Gas Act 1995.”.",
