  "long_title": "These Regulations make provision for entitling a gas transporter to require a person requiring a connection to a relevant main in pursuance of section 10(2) (duty to connect certain premises) of the Gas Act 1986 to pay to the transporter an amount in respect of the expenses of the laying of the main to provide the connection to a relevant main. The Regulations make such provision in respect of mains laid either before or after the commencement of the Regulations. Regulation 2 revokes the Gas (Connection Charges) Regulations 1986.",
