  "text": "In Section 106(1) of the Utilities Act 2000 (interpretation)—\n(a) for the definition of “the Gas Directive” substitute—\n““the Gas Directive” means Directive 2009/73/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 concerning common rules for the internal market in natural gas and repealing Directive 2003/55/EC( ), as amended by the 2019 Amending Directive;”;\n(b) insert at the appropriate place—\n““the 2019 Amending Directive” means Directive (EU) 2019/692 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 amending Directive 2009/73/EC concerning common rules for the internal market in natural gas.”.",
