  "text": "GAS\nMade 16th June 1993\nLaid before Parliament 21st June 1993\nComing into force 12th July 1993\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 17(1), 17(3) and (8)(b) and (c), 47(4) and 48(1) of the Gas Act 1986 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—",
