# The Gas (Meters) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 9th May 1995
Coming into force 6th June 1995
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 17(8)(a) and 48(1) of the Gas Act 1986 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations.
