  "text": "This Regulation, which comes into operation on 1st January 1978, amends the definition of gas by substituting “15°C” for “60° Fahrenheit” and “1013.25 millibars” for “one atmosphere” as the temperature and pressure at which it shall be determined whether any substance is a gas.\nIt is consequential on the Amendment of Units of Measurement (Hydrocarbon Oil, etc.) Order 1977 (S.I. 1977/1866) which makes like amendments to the principal legislation.",
