  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“Authorised person” means any person acting under the authority of the Commissioners;\n“gas” means any substance which is gaseous at a temperature of 60° Fahrenheit and under a pressure of one atmosphere and which is for use as fuel in road vehicles.",
