# The Gas (Road Fuel) Regulations 1972, Regulation 2


In these Regulations—
“Authorised person” means any person acting under the authority of the Commissioners;
“gas” means any substance which is gaseous at a temperature of 60° Fahrenheit and under a pressure of one atmosphere and which is for use as fuel in road vehicles.
