  "text": "After paragraph (3) of regulation 3 of the 1994 Regulations there shall be added—\n“(3A) The requirements of paragraph (3) above shall not apply in respect of the replacement of—\n(a) a hose or regulator on a portable or mobile space heater; or\n(b) a hose connecting a re-fillable cylinder to installation pipework.”.",
